الشروط والأحكام

• تعبئة بيان المشاركة في المعرض من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني.
• رسوم الإشتراك بسعر 1,500 ريال قطري للكشك الواحد (غير قابلة للإسترجاع في حال قبول الطلب).
• يشترط المشاركة بالأدوات البرية والبحرية فقط.
• تأمين بقيمة 2,500 ريال قطري، يتم ارجاعه للشركة بعد انتهاء الفعالية في حال عدم مخالفة التعليمات.
• في حال مخالفة التعليمات سيتم خصم مبلغ التأمين واستبعاد الشركة من المعرض.
• الإلتـزام بالحضور وتواجد المشارك في المكان المخصص له حسب ساعات المعرض والإ سيكون هناك مخالفة على المشارك في حال عدم الإلتزام.

Terms and Conditions

• Fill in the “Participation Form” on the dedicated website for the exhibition.
• The participation fee is QAR 1,500 per booth (non-refundable upon acceptance of the application).
• Participation is restricted to camping supplies only.
• A security deposit of QAR 2,500 will be refunded to the company after the event, provided that all rules and regulations have been followed.
• In case of any violation of the regulations, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the company will be excluded from the exhibition.
• Participants should commit towards attending the exhibition at their designated locations during the exhibition hours, otherwise they will be fined for non-compliance.
